PONZIO PE 40
Our aluminum non-thermal insulation profiles are designed to built internal such structures as: lightweight walls and single and double leaf doors. Construction depth of these profiles is 40 mm, range of glazing from 1 to 23 mm (both single and glazed windows). The system is characterized by the use of the fitting groove “euro”, which enables to use a wide range of accessories. The design of the system allows for the use of the rebate hinges, which are not only easier to install, but also more economical.
PONZIO PT 50
These are aluminium profiles with no thermal insulation., designed primarily to building interiors such as: vestibules, cash boxes, cabinets and partitions. They are also used for sliding doors (operated manually or automatically), swing and smoke-proof ones. The PT 50 allows the use of glass fillings, aluminium panels, “sandwich” type fillings, furniture boards, plasterboards and polycarbonate ones with a thickness of 1-40 mm. The structural depth of frames and sashes is 52-60 mm. PT 50 is both swing door system, as well as coplanar with the hinge rebate. The advantage of axial clamped hinges is the ease of assembly and three level adjustment.
PONZIO PE 52
The economic system has a three-chamber design profile with a slotted ferrule in “euro” standard and the groove ferrule used in windows and balcony doors of PVC profiles. The depth of frame is 52 mm, the depth of the wings is 60 mm. The system allows installation of a wide range of fittings and facilitates. In addition, three chamber profile design system Ponzio PE 52 provides high stiffness, and thus allows to build larger constructions.
PONZIO PE 60
The system of three-chamber design profiles with slotted ferrule in “euro” standard and the groove ferrule used in windows and balcony doors of PVC profiles or wooden ones. The depth of frame is 60 mm, the depth of the wings is 68 mm. Wider, in comparison to the 52, 24 mm thermal break and double component, central gasket guarantee high thermal performance. Thanks to the modernization of the sealing elements, there is no need for a drips application, which positively affects the aesthetics of the facade. The system allows to install a wide range of fittings and facilitates. In addition, three chamber profile design system Ponzio PE 60 provides high stiffness, and thus allows to build larger constructions.
PONZIO PE 68 DOOR
This is a three-chamber thermally insulated system designed to build door constructions, which has a coplanar structure profiles (cogging clearance is 18 mm) and allows to use glazing beads into the groove in “euro” standard. In the PE 68, profiled thermal spacers are used with a width of 24 mm. Specially designed, compatible profiles enable easy door to frame connection. The depth of frame and sash is 68 mm. A wide range of fittings and door locks are available, such as screw or crimp corner connections.
PONZIO PE 78 DOOR
This door system has a four-chamber design profile with a slotted ferrule in “euro” standard. Moreover, it is energy-efficient and meets the highest standards of requirements for thermal insulation. The system is characterized by high rigidity and strength, hence it is designed to build doors of large dimensions. Our compatible profiles enable easy door to frame installation. The depth of frame and sash is 78 mm. You may implement a wide range of fittings and door locks. The system allows you to make both crimp and screwed connections. It has a variety of threshold solutions (also PVC threshold), which not only effectively seal thresholds or drain the excess water out, but are also characterized by better thermal insulation.
